Most NHS trusts in the UK adopt a no smoking stance in order to promote health and wellbeing.
What are peoples views in regard to this, is this an infringement of human rights or is this justified as health is quite clearly affected and reduced by smoking thus we have a duty to promote life?
It is proposed that the rights of indivuals be respected whilst still enforcing health promotion and remaing in line with the law. How is this possible?
