Neither the Values Exchange, nor any other party who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this system shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the ability or inability to use such system, even if the Values Exchange has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. The person using the system bears all risk including, but not limited to, the quality, reliability, suitability, accuracy and performance of the system.
